I have been wanting to make zucchini bread for a long time but I have been trying to eat extremely well during this pregnancy so I kept thinking it wouldn't be good for me. Dave said: "Just make it with whole wheat flour". Duh! why couldn't I think of that. So I did and I also added flax seeds witch have those omega 3 fatty something or other, and nuts those are good for you too. Who knew that baking could be healthy and still taste good?!
