Beagle Days

It will be a year that we have had Benoni this October and he is still an insane puppy. Always howling and always very hyper. I hope someday he will calm down but he is still cute. He is as big as he is going to get so he still look "puppy-ish".

Caleb's Hair Cut

Caleb's had been needing a hair cut for a months and we really haven't had the money to have it cut somewhere, so we took on the challenge of a wiggly toddler and mommy with no idea how to cut hair. Its not too bad, maybe a little uneven and we had only one mishap with his ear but over all its not horrible. Hair grows back anyway!

The BIG belly

I have been told a lot lately that I have "really popped out" I was in denial about it at first but after none of my maternity shirts from my pregnancy with Caleb fit anymore there was no denying it. Hello BIG belly!

Baking

I have been wanting to make zucchini bread for a long time but I have been trying to eat extremely well during this pregnancy so I kept thinking it wouldn't be good for me. Dave said: "Just make it with whole wheat flour". Duh! why couldn't I think of that. So I did and I also added flax seeds witch have those omega 3 fatty something or other, and nuts those are good for you too. Who knew that baking could be healthy and still taste good?!

Update

We had all finished dinner when Caleb realized Dave had something special to drink and was asking if he could have some. It took him a couple tries to get some in his mouth but he really liked daddy's Root Beer.



After dinner we all watched the movie Cars together. Caleb has seen it a bunch of times and is always a little "needy" the first 20 min. of the movie. He wanted to lay down with me but I was super exhausted so I told him to sit with Daddy. It looks like he is sleeping but his eyes are open and he is watching the movie.
